Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders within the USA.15" bears can be shipped to Canada for a flat rate of $49.00

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship within usually within 24 hours of receiving your order from our warehouse in NJ. Orders ship Monday - Friday. Your order will be delivered in usually within 3-5 days based on your location.

Q: Where are your orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse so you'll be able to receive your order in a few days.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?

We currently only ship the 15" bears to Canada from NJ USA for a flat rate of $49.This option is available at checkout for Canadian buyers.

Q: Can I have my order delivered on a certain day?

Please contact us at support@teddyrosebear.com if you would like your order delivered on a certain day. This may require an upgrade in shipping and additional cost with FEDEX.

Q: What are the Bela Bears made of?

Each Bella Bear is handmade of a soft foam felt like material that resembles the petals of roses. The inner core of the bear is made of styrofoam.

Q: What sizes are available?

Currently The Bella Bear is available in two height sizes - 27" and 14" and now a 20". Each bear will be delivered in a protective clear display case.

Q: What care is needed for The Bella Bear?

The Bella Bear requires virtually no care. We do recommend you keep it in a dust free environment to maintain it's new look. A protective display case is included with every bear.

Q: Are all your Rose Teddy Bears in stock?

Yes. All of our Rose Teddy Bears are in stock in our New Jersey warehouse so you will receive your order in a timely manner.
